Crafterbooth

Crafter-Booth is an integrated digital platform designed to connect users with service providers and stores specializing in handmade, customized, and craft-based products. The platform allows users to browse stores and products, communicate with service providers, place orders, complete payments, and track their orders until completion. The system provides a complete experience across the website, mobile applications, and dashboards. Service providers can register their business details, manage their store and products, receive and process orders, communicate with customers, and upload tax invoices when accepting orders. The admin dashboard enables the management team to monitor service providers, orders, conversations, store data, tax invoices, and commission settings. Crafter-Booth is also integrated with MyFatoorah payment gateway to support direct online payments, merchant data management, financial transactions, and payment-related statistics, ensuring a secure and organized experience for users, service providers, and administrators.
