FHE Depot Manager's App

FHE Depot is the depot manager's console for Fat Hopes Energy's used cooking oil collection network. It is an internal tool: you need an FHE depot account to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Watch the fleet live See every truck on your depot's map in real time, with each collector's current target, remaining stops and progress through the night. Tap a name to jump straight to that collector's route. Plan and fix tonight's work Review the AI-generated collection plan for the coming night, then adjust it. Assign a stop to a trip, reorder stops, move a stop between trips, remove one with a reason, or swap the driver on a trip. Keep coverage honest A weekly coverage line shows which credit outlets are due, which have been visited and which are about to be missed, per collector and per depot. Track collections as they happen Collection history for each trip with time, weight and chit number per stop, so you can see what has actually been picked up rather than what was planned. See your vendors A vendor layer on the map shows outlet health at a glance and lets you add an outlet to a trip without leaving the screen. Talk to your drivers Buzz sends a short hold-to-talk voice message to a collector. Messages and chat threads live in the app, so instructions stay attached to the shift. Ten languages English, Malay, Chinese, Tamil, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Japanese and Korean. ACCESS Accounts are issued by Fat Hopes Energy. The app will not work without one.
