Do you often leave your phone under the sofa, on a desk, or somewhere in another room? Clap to Find My Phone helps you locate a nearby misplaced device using a simple clap or whistle. When sound detection is active, the app listens for the selected sound pattern and responds with a ringtone, flashlight, or vibration, helping you find your phone quickly. IMPORTANT LAUNCHER NOTICE Clap to Find My Phone also includes an Android home-screen launcher. If you choose it as your default Home app, the appearance and arrangement of your home screen may change. Your installed apps will remain on your device and can be accessed from the app drawer. MAIN FEATURES Find Your Phone by Clapping Activate clap detection and clap your hands when you cannot find your phone. The app can respond with your selected alert. Whistle Detection You can also use a whistle as the trigger, giving you another hands-free way to locate your device. Sound, Flashlight and Vibration Alerts Choose one or more alert methods to make your phone easier to hear or see. Custom Alert Sounds Select from different ringtones and sound effects to create an alert that is easy to recognize. Adjustable Alert Duration Control how long the alert continues when a clap or whistle is detected. Quick Home-Screen Access Use launcher shortcuts or a home-screen widget to activate and manage the phone finder more conveniently. Personalized Home Screen Organize installed apps, access useful shortcuts, and customize your home screen with available wallpapers and widgets. Battery-Conscious Operation The detection feature is designed to work efficiently while active. Battery use may vary depending on the device, Android version, and selected settings. HOW TO USE 1. Open Clap to Find My Phone. 2. Choose clap detection, whistle detection, or both. 3. Select your preferred sound, vibration, flashlight, and alert duration. 4. Grant the permissions required for the selected features. 5. Activate detection. 6. Clap or whistle when you need to find your nearby phone. MICROPHONE USE Microphone access is required to recognize claps and whistles. Sound detection should be performed in real time for the phone-finder feature. The app is not intended to record conversations or act as an audio recorder. CHANGE OR REMOVE THE LAUNCHER You can switch back to another launcher at any time through: Android Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app The exact path may vary depending on your phone model. You can also uninstall Clap to Find My Phone through Android Settings or Google Play. Clap to Find My Phone is intended to help locate a nearby misplaced phone. It is not a GPS tracker, remote device-location service, or anti-theft system.
