A private peptide tracker - log doses, follow protocols, read the research.
BioAlmanac is a private peptide tracker and reference for people already following a peptide or hormone protocol. It records what you take and works out the arithmetic. It does not sell anything, and it does not tell you what to take.
WHAT IT DOES
Track a peptide protocol
Set a peptide or hormone, a dose and a schedule once — daily, twice weekly, every third day, or five days on and two off — and the calendar fills itself in. BioAlmanac knows what is due today, what you missed, and what you deliberately skipped. A skipped dose is recorded as a decision, not as a failure.
Know how strong your peptide vial is
Enter the vial size and the amount of bacteriostatic water, and BioAlmanac states the concentration that results and what each mark on a U-100 syringe holds, as a scale you read along. It is the arithmetic a vial label carries. BioAlmanac does not ask for a dose and does not suggest one — finding your own number on that scale is a step that stays with you. Unit confusion is the documented harm in this area, and seeing the number in the units printed on the barrel is what guards against it.
Understand accumulation
For peptides and other compounds that clear slowly, doses overlap and the total in your body climbs for weeks before it settles. BioAlmanac estimates that from published half-lives and shows the curve, so the difference between week one and week six is a number instead of a mystery. Every figure names the study it came from.
Record how it felt
Log a side effect and BioAlmanac works out which dose it followed from the time, then shows whether the pattern tracks the amount. The question a titration actually raises — "was it worse at the higher dose, or am I remembering it that way" — answered from your own record.
Keep track of stock
Record the vials or capsules you hold. Logging a dose deducts from them, so you know when one runs out and when a reconstituted vial should be discarded.
Read what is actually known
Profiles for 97 compounds — peptides, hormones and related molecules — each citing its sources: trial, label, or community practice, always labelled as which. BioAlmanac sells nothing and recommends nothing.
Measure what changes
Weight, body fat, waist and resting heart rate, charted against the dose you were on at the time.
Reminders that respect you
Scheduled on your phone, never on a server. A dose you log stops its reminder, including one logged early. Nothing arrives late at night.
PRIVACY
Your protocols, doses and measurements are yours. Anonymous usage reporting is a fixed list of events — that a dose was logged, that a vial's strength was looked up — and never includes which compound, what dose, or anything you typed. There is a switch for it, and turning it off stops it immediately. Full policy at bioalmanac.com/privacy
IMPORTANT
BioAlmanac is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not recommend any substance or any dose. The strength reference describes a vial you have mixed; it never proposes a dose and has nothing to derive one from. Many compounds referenced are prescription-only medicines or are not approved for human use. Talk to a doctor. Nothing in this app should be used to decide whether to take something.
Novidades
BioAlmanac is a peptide tracker for people already on a protocol.
Track a peptide protocol - set a compound, a dose and a schedule, and the calendar fills itself in.
Know how strong a mixed vial is - enter the vial and the water, read what each mark on the syringe holds.
See how a slow-clearing peptide builds up over weeks, estimated from published half-lives.
Log a side effect and see whether it tracks the dose you were on.
