Outdoor Reaction Run Take FightGo outside for a short, active movement challenge. Listen for commands to sprint, turn around and stop. React quickly, change pace and keep moving along a safe route while your phone measures movement and GPS evidence. Your performance can improve attributes such as movement speed, stamina, dodging and starting momentum in the fight that follows. GPS coordinates and your route stay on your phone. Indoor Shadow Punch No suitable outdoor space? Choose Indoor mode and turn your phone into a motion-powered fighting challenge. Hold your phone securely and match prompts for straights, hooks and uppercuts into open air. FightGo measures reaction, accuracy, consistency, explosiveness and your return to guard. Compact, controlled shadow punches earn temporary combat benefits. Never strike another person or object.
