Field PRD

Field PRD is a limited evaluation build for testing pressure relief device learning, manufacturer lookup, draft-record workflows and source-aware planning with synthetic or de-identified examples only. Do not use this build to establish an actual inspection due date, authorize work or continued operation, certify equipment, or replace an existing inspection program. Explore 15 structured draft-record methods using synthetic examples. Test identification fields, as-found and as-left observations, instrument details, findings, photos, missing-evidence checks, local backups and printable drafts. Output is user-prepared test material, not an Appalachian Integrity inspection or engineering approval. Scan or select a PRD nameplate photo to run local OCR, compare the result with source-cited manufacturer records, and review suggested manufacturer, model, inlet size, outlet size and other supported fields before applying them to a report. Add manufacturer publications through the Update Database review workflow; imported records remain local and retain publication provenance. OCR and lookup suggestions must be checked against the actual device and current manufacturer publication. Try the Inspection Planner's questions about equipment, device, service fluid, operating context and previous work. Plain-language notes distinguish NBIC / National Board guidance, API in-service programs, ASME construction requirements, jurisdictional requirements and manufacturer instructions. State cards identify verification scope and age; an index-only source is not a verified state-specific PRD requirement. Output is for evaluation, not an actual legal inspection deadline or engineering decision. The learning area covers common misses, practical questions and answers, and PRD terminology. The optional Your Standard workspace lets you load and search your own lawful document locally on the device. Core features work offline. This version has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or cloud synchronization. Reports and attached documents stay on the device unless you deliberately export, print, share, or back them up.
