A quiet home screen: your apps in one list, a letter wave and calm themes.
Tint is a home screen that stays out of your way: the apps you use most in one clean list, everything else one swipe away, on a wallpaper you will want to look at.
ONE LIST, NOT PAGES OF ICONS
Up to 12 favourite apps sit on home, in the order you choose. Slide a thumb along the letters at the edge and the whole library follows in a soft wave; let go to open. Rename an app, hide one you never use, or uninstall it from the same menu.
SEARCH THAT FORGIVES
Type a few letters and Tint finds the app even with a typo. It also understands what you mean: "weather" finds the forecast app, whatever language the phone gives its name in. Contacts and quick sums come up in the same line.
TODAY, ONE SWIPE LEFT
The day at a glance: the apps you opened last, the weather hour by hour, your calendar events with their places, a short list of notes, and the widgets you put there.
QUIET NOTIFICATIONS
A small line under an app shows that something is waiting. Nothing pops up over your home; you open it when you choose to.
THEMES WITH A CLOCK TO MATCH
30 hand-picked pictures, each with its own clock style. Change the clock's shape, typeface and colour, tint the icons to the wallpaper, keep their original colours, or use an icon pack.
SMALL THINGS
What is playing shows on home with its controls. Widgets on home and on Today. Back up your whole setup to a file and bring it to your next phone.
TINT PRO, ONCE
Tint is free with 5 themes and one widget. Tint Pro opens all 30 themes, every clock typeface, icon packs, more widgets and backup. One payment, yours for good. No subscription and no adverts, ever.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Tint has no account and no servers. Your apps, notes, calendar and notifications are read on the phone and never leave it. For the weather, an approximate location (about a kilometre) is sent to the Open-Meteo forecast service. Every permission is optional: Tint works without any of them.
Novidades
On a fresh install the Today page now offers to show the weather and your calendar in one tap. Long app names under Recent wrap onto two lines instead of being cut.
