Agman

Agman is society visitor management for Indian apartments and housing societies — live gate approvals, offline QR gate passes, resident and guard management, and a local vegetable shop, in Hindi and English. WHAT AGMAN DOES • Visitor management: the guard logs a visitor, you approve or decline on your phone • Gate pass: a signed QR that a guard can verify even with no network • Society management: blocks, flats, residents, guards, vehicles and MIS • Sabji Bhaji: order from the vegetable shops your society has approved • Hindi first, English throughout, no advertising and no tracking Residents can approve visitors in real time, pre-approve expected guests, manage family members and vehicles, and show a rotating signed gate pass. The pass can be verified at the gate even when the network is unavailable. Guards get a clear, high-contrast workspace for visitor entries, approvals, couriers, temporary passes and daily duty. Society office bearers can map blocks and flats, invite residents, manage guards and vendors, import a roster, and review practical MIS reports. Agman also brings the neighbourhood vegetable shop into the society. Residents can browse available produce and place an order; shopkeepers can manage stock and orders. If a resident chooses UPI, Agman opens the resident's own UPI app. Agman does not process or store bank credentials. Built for Indian societies: • Hindi-first, with English available throughout • OTP sign-in, with no password to remember • Per-society access controls and audit trails • Offline verification for signed gate passes • No advertising, behavioural analytics or tracking • No full Aadhaar number stored • Data hosted in India • Account deletion available inside the app Agman is a record-keeping and communication tool for your society. It does not replace guards, physical checks, emergency services or the society's own security procedures.

Adds a guided first-run walkthrough, improved in-app help, and a smoother offline sign-in experience.
