ScannerSync

ScannerSync checks guests in at the door for an event running on EventSync. Point the camera at a ticket and it is scanned - or type the code when a screen is too cracked or too bright to read. BUILT FOR A DOOR, NOT A DESK - Reserved events check in per seat, so you know which seat has arrived. - Unreserved bookings check in partially: three of a party of six, and the rest later. - Every scan is answered immediately, including the ones you need to see - already used, wrong event, refunded. THE QUEUE HOLDS Doors are exactly where the signal is worst. Scans queue on the device and send themselves when the connection returns, with the outbox count on the tab bar so you always know what is still to go. WHAT YOU SEE - Events: what is on, today and next. - Scan: the camera, or manual entry. - Guests: who has arrived and who has not, searchable. - Seating: the plan for reserved shows, seat by seat. PART OF EVENTSYNC Events, tickets, bookings and permissions live in EventSync. ScannerSync is the door. An EventSync account with the ScannerSync integration enabled is required.
