Appointment Booking Scheduler

Horii is an appointment scheduler with online booking for professionals who work by appointment. Organize your schedule, take bookings through your own link and confirm everything on WhatsApp, with no spreadsheets or paper planner. Great for nail techs, hairstylists and hair salons, barbers, estheticians, lash and brow artists, psychologists, physical therapists, nutritionists, personal trainers, therapists, clinics and other independent professionals. Online booking link Get a booking page with your services, duration and price, at the web address you choose. Send the link on WhatsApp, add it to your Instagram bio or print it on your business card. Clients book online in their browser, with no app to download: • They only see the open slots in your calendar, based on your working hours and lunch break. • They pick one or more services, the day and the time. • They fill in the details you ask for: name, WhatsApp, address or questions specific to your field. Approve each booking or turn on automatic confirmation. While you decide, the slot is held for them. Every new request arrives as a notification and an email. Day and week view • See booked and open slots, and create, edit, cancel or block a time slot. • Set your working days, breaks and average appointment length. • Track confirmed, unconfirmed and canceled appointments. • Log past appointments and keep your client records complete. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders • The app writes the confirmation message with the day, time and service. You just hit send. • Send appointment reminders and reduce no-shows. Client and service management • Clients with phone number, WhatsApp and important notes. • Appointment history for every client, so you remember what was done on the last visit. • Services and treatments with duration and price, the same ones shown on your booking link. Payment tracking • Record the amount and payment method of each appointment. • See how much has come in and how much is still due. • Reports on revenue, clients and most-booked services. Why Horii • Online booking and client scheduling in the same app. • Online booking at no cost to your clients, with no sign-up on their side. • Works whether you see clients at your place, at their home or online. • Start with no monthly fee and set up your calendar in minutes.
