Pendle Wire Chain is a local, offline reconciliation notebook for checking whether a chain item, wire product, spring set, or packed assembly matches an expected set you define. Build an expected set, record actual observations with notes and photos, and use the app to see what’s confirmed, missing, uncertain, or mismatched—then capture what you resolved for later review. Key features Expected set first workflow - Create or select a local “starter mode” (Chain set, Wire part, Spring set, or Packed bundle) before comparing anything. - Add expected rows with structured fields such as identity, dimensions, material, finish, ends/fittings (as relevant), quantity, visible conditions, and labels. Image-led reconciliation (reference vs actual) - Add a reference image and capture local evidence for actual observations. - Keep evidence close to the compare rows to support careful bench-side checking. Row-by-row compare with reconciliation status - For each expected item, record: expected, actual observation, status, note, and optional image attachment. - Use fast status actions to mark items as Confirmed, Missing, Uncertain, or Mismatch. Resolution status grid and gap visibility - View reconciliation progress and the resolution status grid while you work. - Use mismatch cluster views to see unresolved issues grouped by theme (for example: dimension, material/finish, fitting/end detail, quantity, identity/labeling, visible condition). Issue clusters for focused resolving - Open a mismatch cluster board that shows cluster name, item count, unresolved count, and available evidence thumbnails. - Jump back to the relevant compare row to close gaps efficiently. Resolve and confirm with a compact resolution record - Review unresolved items, add resolution notes, and mark what you resolved. - See a final summary (confirmed, missing, uncertain, mismatched but accepted locally, and still unresolved) and create a compact resolution record. Local notebooks you can reopen, rename, duplicate, export, and share - Save your reconciliation notebooks locally so you can reopen, rename, duplicate, sort, filter by status, and continue later. - Export locally generated summaries (for example, PDF summary, share text, or structured CSV/table export).
