HoKee: Household Bill Tracker

Keep every household bill in one list: rent, utilities, internet, the mortgage, car insurance and taxes. See what is paid this month and what is still due. HoKee is a bill tracker for the whole household. Add a flat, a car or your taxes, set up the regular costs, and mark each one paid when the money goes out. Your family sees the same list on their own phones. It covers the fixed part of a family budget: utility bills and the other costs that come back every month or every year and are easy to lose track of. What you get • Home screen: this month's total, how much is paid and how much is still due, plus a chart of what you paid in recent months. • Needs attention: what is due next and what is overdue, with dates and amounts. Open a late one to see how many days overdue it is. • Payments as a list, a table, a Gantt timeline or a calendar, filtered by flat, car or tax. • Recurring plans: every month on a set day or every year on a set date. One-off payments as well. • Subscriptions and direct debits: the provider takes the money, and you confirm that it went through. • Statuses: planned, due, overdue, paid, partly paid and skipped. • Quick entry on the home screen for a small one-off expense such as a taxi. • Four currencies: PLN, EUR, USD and BYN. Each flat or car keeps its own currency, and totals are converted into your main one at the rate on the day of each payment. • Assistant: type "add internet on the 15th" and it prepares the plan. By default, new records arrive as drafts and are saved only after you check them. It can also change an amount, as in "change rent to 2900 zł". It cannot delete anything or mark anything as paid. • Backup: download all your data as Excel or JSON, or save the Excel file to your Google Drive. A shared household Add the email address of a partner, a parent or a grown-up child and give each person a role: full access, editor, payer or view only. The list opens for them as soon as they sign in with that address. A payer can mark the electricity bill as paid but cannot change or delete the plan behind it. Everyone signs in with Google or with an email and password. Phone and web The app and the website at markarov.dev/demo/hokee open the same data, so a plan added on a laptop is also on the phone. Good to know HoKee is a household bill tracker with no connection to your bank. It never asks for card details or bank logins, and it cannot pay anything for you: you mark payments yourself. It needs an internet connection, because your data is stored on the server. There are no reminder notifications yet, so due dates show up when you open the app. The assistant has a daily message limit. The interface is in English and Russian. The app now connects to the new site address, markarov.dev. You may be asked to sign in again. The old address keeps working for now, but it will be retired. Nothing else changed.
