It gathers task coordination, a records register, meetings, procedures and workload in one place, and every entry stays on your device. The Task Board moves work across a simple pipeline of to do, in progress, blocked and done, with a priority on each card and a filter to focus. The Records Register keeps a searchable list of controlled documents, each with an automatic reference, a type, an owner and a status, and a strip that counts open, pending and closed items. Meetings and Minutes builds an agenda, captures notes against each item and tracks action points with owners and due dates. The Procedure Runner turns reusable checklists into live runs, ticking each step with a progress bar, and keeps a history. Workload and Time logs blocks of time by category and draws a weekly chart, with a utilization figure against a capacity you set. Work in English or German, with every task, record and log kept on your device.
