Raccoon: Compress Video Size

Type 10 MB. Get a video under 10 MB, checked. Raccoon compresses your video to the exact size your app accepts, then measures the finished file and squeezes it again if it is even slightly over. Video too large to send? Most compressors make you guess with "low, medium, high" and the result still bounces off the upload limit. Raccoon works backwards from the number that matters: it reads the real length, resolution, frame rate and bitrate of your clip, plans the bitrate that lands just under your limit, and verifies the result. ★ FITS EVERY LIMIT • One tap for the limits people actually hit: Discord 10 MB, Discord Nitro Basic 50 MB and Nitro 500 MB, WhatsApp 16 MB, Gmail 25 MB, Outlook 20 MB, Telegram, or any custom size in MB • Fit Check: after encoding, Raccoon measures the file. If it is over, it re-encodes automatically (up to three passes) and then shows you the proof, for example "9.8 MB ✓ fits Discord 10 MB" • Compress video to 10MB for the Discord file size limit, or under 16 MB for WhatsApp, without trial and error • Split to Fit (Pro): when a long video cannot fit at a watchable quality, Raccoon splits it into parts that each fit, for example 3 parts of 9.6 MB for Discord, or 60-second parts for a WhatsApp Status ★ SEE IT BEFORE YOU SAVE • Predicted file size and a quality rating before you start, plus a tip when a lower resolution would look sharper • Before/After preview (Pro, one free try): Raccoon encodes a 3-second sample at the planned settings, and a wipe slider compares it with the original frame ★ MORE WAYS TO REDUCE VIDEO SIZE • Shrink by %: keep 20%, 40% or 60% of the original size with one slider • Resize video: 4K to 1080p, 720p or 480p • Trim video to the part you need, mute the audio, or cap 60 fps clips at 30 or 24 fps for smaller files • H.264 for maximum compatibility, or H.265 (HEVC, Pro) for files up to 40% smaller on phones with a hardware HEVC encoder • Batch: queue several videos under one target size (up to 3 at once for free) • Free up storage: shrink big 4K phone videos to a fraction of their size, and the Library shows how much space you saved • Share to Raccoon from your gallery, then send the result straight back to Discord, WhatsApp or email ★ COOL AND QUICK Raccoon uses your phone's video hardware for fast MP4 compression. Exports run in the background with a progress notification, keep going with the screen off, and can be cancelled at any time. ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN Every video is compressed on your phone. No account, nothing uploaded, and your original is never changed. Compressed copies are saved to your gallery in Movies/Raccoon. ★ WORKS WITH MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, 3GP and other common formats from phones, cameras and screen recorders. The output is a standard MP4 (H.264 or H.265 with AAC audio) that plays everywhere. ★ FREE AND PRO Free: exact size with every preset and Fit Check, shrink by %, resize, trim, mute, frame-rate cap, H.264 and batches of up to 3 videos.
