The Sleepwalker: Court Mystery

Harrow Bay, Massachusetts. October 1972. A man is found at the scene of a murder with blood on his hands and no memory of the night. He says he was asleep. The town says he is a killer. You are the young lawyer who has taken his case. The Sleepwalker is a dark murder mystery and courtroom drama, told through your own casebook: ink-and-wash drawings, taped evidence, a red-string board and a map of a fishing town that is hiding something. INVESTIGATE Do the detective work yourself. Visit the pier, the church, the institute on the hill and the houses on Second Street. Question witnesses, collect exhibits and pin every lead to your board. GO TO TRIAL Cross-examine, object, and present evidence at the moment it matters. A single wrong question can lose a juror. A single right one can break a witness. CHOOSE Your decisions shape the case. Take the plea or fight. Trust your client or doubt him. Protect a witness or expose her. Sixteen different endings wait at the end of the trial, and not all of them are verdicts.
