Petal Drift

Petal Drift is a fast, one-thumb arcade drift set in a blossom shaft. A petal rises on its own up a narrow channel strung between two stems, climbing higher every second, and your one job is to keep it on the safe side with a single tap. The controls are a single touch. Tap anywhere and the petal arcs instantly across to the other stem; tap again and it swings back. Only one stem is ever blocked at a time — a gust builds ahead on one side, so read the channel, choose the clear stem, and be there before it arrives. Share a stem with a gust as you pass and the petal takes a hit. Glowing petals drift along the open stem between the gusts. Ride that side as you sweep past one and it is banked for bonus points, so the safest route and the greediest route are rarely the same. A hit costs one blossom charge, not the whole run — you carry five near the bottom and three higher up — so a mistimed jump is a lesson, not the end. Reach the target height and the front breaks, carrying you up to the next branch. Ten branches climb from a gentle 450-metre opener to a dense, fast 1750-metre finish, each a little quicker and tighter than the last while your margin for error narrows. Nothing here is decided by luck or a wallet: there is no forced ad between runs, no energy timer, and nothing to buy.
