InstaBud AI

InstaBud AI turns your property photos and any supporting documents into a professional report of your choice - observation report, damage assessment report, Scope of Work (SOW) report, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate and more — automatically. Snap photos on site, add any supporting documents if you have any (PDF, Word, Excel, or a ZIP of images), enter minimal project details like the zip code and date, and InstaBud AI analyzes everything and generates the report of your choice instantly. Because the AI does the heavy lifting, large photo sets (200+ photos) can take 15–20 minutes — so you don't have to wait. Upload, close the app, and we'll text you a link the moment your report is ready to view, download, or share. KEY FEATURES • Capture photos right in the app, or upload existing ones • Supports JPEG, HEIC, PDF, Word, Excel, and ZIP uploads • ROM Report includes 5-tab Excel with cost estimate • Get a text with a link the moment your report is ready — no waiting on screen • Preview the report in-app, then download or share the Excel file with others • Secure phone verification Built for restoration contractors, independent adjusters, property inspection companies, appraisers, and other field professionals who need fast, defensible and decision-ready reports from a site visit. InstaBud AI is a product of DigsFact, Inc.

• Sign-in: if your sign-in has expired, the app now takes you straight to the sign-in screen with your number filled in, instead of letting you fill in a report that can't be sent. • If it expires while you're filling in a report, everything you entered is kept. Sign in again and you're right back where you left off. • Small fixes and improvements.
