A fallen kingdom waits at the end of the road. Road of Ashes is a dark fantasy roguelite RPG. Choose your path across a ruined land, face its horrors one battle at a time, and shape the build that carries you deeper into the ashes. FIGHT WITH TIMING Every battle is yours to steer. Strike when your attack is ready, parry the blow you see coming, and hold your Ultimatum for the moment that turns the fight. CHOOSE YOUR ROAD Each act is a map of sealed paths: fights, elite hunts, shrines, strange encounters and a final boss. Take the route that suits your build, or the one your nerve can handle. LOOT, FORGE, EXALT Weapons, armor, rings and offhands from Common to Legendary, each with its own stats and set bonuses. Upgrade them at the forge, reforge their secondary stats, and exalt your best pieces so they stay with you through every Ascend. MEET THE ROAD Gravekeepers, alchemists, chained pilgrims and wandering smiths offer bargains and trials. Test your hand at the anvil, break a prisoner's irons, or read a trail before the ash covers it. GROW BETWEEN JOURNEYS Your gear and long-term progress outlast a fallen run. Choose an origin, prepare supplies in the Treasury, fill the Ashen Codex with every creature you defeat, and Ascend to face harder roads. THE ECHO ARENA Set your defense and test your build against the echoes of other players. Climb the weekly board. The adventure plays offline. The leaderboard and the arena need an internet connection. Road of Ashes contains fantasy violence, blood and dark, frightening imagery.
