Yanvu: Tablet as 2nd Monitor

Yanvu turns the tablet in your drawer into a real second screen for your Windows PC. Not a mirror: Windows sees a new monitor, and you drag windows onto it like any other display. HOW IT WORKS Install the Yanvu program on your PC (alisarac.github.io/yanvu), open this app on the tablet, type the pairing code once. From then on the tablet connects by itself whenever both are on the same Wi-Fi. No cables, no IP addresses, no settings. SHARP AND SMOOTH Hardware video encoding at 30 frames per second, or 60 with Yanvu Pro. Yanvu picks the resolution your tablet's decoder can keep up with, so the picture stays fluid instead of lagging behind. TOUCH THE DESKTOP Use your fingers on the tablet like a touch screen: tap, drag, scroll and pinch, with up to ten fingers. Turn the tablet upright and the desktop turns with it. SHORTCUTS AT HAND With Yanvu Pro, a small floating button opens a bar with volume, play/pause, screen snip and show desktop. "Bring window" lists your open windows: tap one and it moves to the tablet. A built-in keyboard with Ctrl, Alt and Win keys has a one-handed mode. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The picture never leaves your home network. The tablet and the PC pair with a code and every session is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. There is no account and no analytics, and nothing is collected. YANVU PRO The app is the whole second screen: full resolution, touch, 30 frames per second, one PC. Yanvu Pro is a one-time purchase that adds the shortcut bar and keyboard, 60 frames per second and more than one PC. ANDROID 5.0 AND UP Runs on Android 5.0 and later. On Android 5 tablets Pro is included and switched on from the start. When nothing changes on the screen for a while, the tablet dims itself to protect AMOLED panels. REQUIREMENTS Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) with the Yanvu program, and the tablet on the same Wi-Fi network. An NVIDIA graphics card gives the highest frame rate; Intel and AMD graphics work at a lower one.
