Detox: Block Apps & Focus

Imagine a life where your phone doesn't control you. Most app blockers are easy to cheat — a few taps and you're scrolling again. Detox is different. Pick the apps that steal your time, choose how long to block them, and commit. Once a challenge starts, there's no back door: you can't disable it, you can't uninstall it, and you can't quietly turn it off in Settings. The only way out is to finish. That's what makes it work. WHY DETOX WORKS • Truly strict blocking — no snooze button, no "just 5 minutes," no loopholes to talk yourself into. • You decide the rules once, while you're motivated. Detox holds you to them when willpower runs low. • Built for focus, not guilt. Every day you hold the line, you're getting time — and attention — back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps to block — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, or anything that pulls you in. 2. Pick your challenge length — a single reset day, a full week, or a serious 21-day detox. 3. Commit. Detox locks those apps for the whole challenge. 4. Open a blocked app and you'll hit a calm block screen instead of an endless feed. The urge passes in about 90 seconds. WHAT YOU GET • App blocking that can't be bypassed for the length of your challenge • 1, 7, and 21-day detox challenges • A clean home dashboard showing your progress and days remaining • A gentle block screen that reminds you why you started • Works quietly in the background — set it once and forget it WHO IT'S FOR • Anyone who opens an app "for a second" and looks up an hour later • People trying to build deep-focus habits for work or study • Anyone who's tried every other blocker and cheated their way past it Detox isn't about shaming you for using your phone. It's about giving you back the hours you didn't mean to lose — so you can spend them on the things that actually matter. You only live once. Don't scroll it away.
