Lapto Staff

Lapto Staff is the work app for sales staff at Lapto stores. It needs a staff login from your store manager; there is nothing to use without one. SELL AT THE COUNTER • Scan a device's stock label, or search by stock number, model, serial or IMEI • See the exact device: photos, grade, battery health, price and status • Add the customer's phone, name and email, and apply a discount within your limit • Take cash, UPI, card, QR or online payment, split across methods if needed • Attach a photo or note as payment proof • Send the invoice on WhatsApp or by email, or open the PDF MANAGE STOCK • Explore everything in your store, filtered by status and device type • Add new stock from customers, trade-ins, suppliers or other sources • Inspect and grade devices before they go on sale • Send devices for repair and bring them back • Transfer devices to another Lapto store and receive them by scanning MADE FOR EACH STORE • Each salesperson signs in with their own account • See today's sales for you and your store • Buttons appear according to your permissions • Works on phones and tablets
