The heaviest basket wins. A STRIKE YOU CAN FEEL • Cast with a pull-and-release slingshot and see the arc and landing spot. • Read the float: a twitch, a slow drift, then it sinks. Strike too early and the bait comes off. Too late and the bait is gone. • Fight the fish: set the reel drag, lean the rod against the fish's run, and never let the line go slack or snap.
