1. In the Dashboard screen, update the Ticket Details card to display the Created By user and Created Date along with the existing ticket information. 2. Remove the ticket Description displayed in the App Bar, as the description is already available in the body section of the screen. This will avoid duplicate information and keep the UI clean.
