Approve or Reject Service Catalog & Change Requests — Approvers can review pending Service Requests Catalog (SRC) and Change Requests (CR) directly from the app. Approve or Reject with a single tap on mobile Submit feedback on resolved tickets — Once your ticket is resolved, share your experience.
