Smart Remote for Samsung TV

Turn your Android phone into a Wi-Fi remote for a compatible Samsung Smart TV. Smart Remote for Samsung TV brings everyday TV controls, phone typing and swipe navigation into one place. NO ADS OR ACCOUNT SETUP The current version has no advertising and does not require an account. YOUR EVERYDAY TV CONTROLS Navigate with a directional pad, select an item, go Home or Back, and open the TV menu. Adjust volume, mute the sound and change channels from your phone. Available controls depend on your TV model and the app running on your TV. TYPE WITH YOUR PHONE Use your phone keyboard to enter text in supported TV input fields. Reuse recent entries from your keyboard history, or clear that history in the app. Text input availability varies by TV model, TV app and the selected input field. SWIPE TO NAVIGATE Swipe up, down, left or right to move through TV menus, then tap to select. The gesture pad works as directional navigation rather than a free-moving mouse pointer. FIND YOUR TV ON WI-FI Connect your phone and TV to the same Wi-Fi network. Search for a compatible Samsung TV automatically, or enter its local IP address if discovery does not find it. Allow the connection on your TV when prompted. The app remembers the last successfully connected device to simplify your next session. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE The app interface is available in 20 languages: English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Polish, Ukrainian, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Romanian and Hungarian. COMPATIBILITY Requires Android 7.0 or later and a Samsung Smart TV with compatible network remote control enabled. Both devices need a reachable local Wi-Fi connection; guest-network isolation or router restrictions can prevent discovery or connection. Model support varies. Older or unsupported TVs may not work. Controls and text entry can differ between TV models and apps. This app does not provide infrared control, screen mirroring, video casting or voice search. Turning on a TV from standby is not guaranteed. Smart Remote for Samsung TV is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung. Samsung is a trademark of its respective owner.
