Plaay: Offline Music Player

Plaay is an offline music player for the songs already on your phone. Copy your MP3, FLAC, WAV, M4A or OGG files over and they show up on their own — no scan button, no account, no internet, no login screen. Tap a song and it plays. That's the whole idea. WHY PLAAY • Nothing between you and the play button. No ad when you open a song, no ad when you skip. Ads live at the bottom of the library, never on the player. • Playlists that stay. Your playlists, favorites and play counts are saved on your phone and don't vanish after an update. • Picks up where you stopped. Close the app, reboot the phone — the queue and position come back exactly as you left them. • Shuffle that actually shuffles, and repeat that actually repeats the whole list — not just the last song. • Ready in one screen. One permission, then your library. No language picker, no theme picker, no sign-up promo. LIBRARY • Songs, albums, artists, folders and playlists in five tabs • Sort by title, artist, album, date added, length or play count — ascending or descending • Exclude folders you don't want (voice memos, WhatsApp audio, ringtones) and hide short clips • New files appear automatically. A rescan button is there if one ever goes missing. • Search by title, artist or album, including Korean initial consonants (ㅇㅇㅇ → 아이유) PLAYER • Album art front and center, with a clean progress bar and big controls • Shuffle, repeat all, repeat one • Sleep timer from 5 to 180 minutes, with an option to finish the current song first • Queue you can reorder and trim, plus "play next" and "add to queue" from any song • Equalizer via your phone's built-in audio effects, no extra permissions WORKS WITH YOUR PHONE • Lock screen and notification controls, Bluetooth and wired headset buttons, Android Auto • Pauses for calls and other apps' audio; pauses when headphones unplug • Home screen widget: play, pause and skip without opening the app • Light and dark theme, following your system setting by default PRIVATE BY DESIGN Plaay only reads the audio files on your device. It has no server, no account and no streaming. Your library, playlists and listening history never leave your phone. Nothing is uploaded, and the app never modifies or deletes your files. Free, supported by a few ads that stay out of the player. Available in 16 languages. If you've been looking for a simple mp3 player, an offline music player that doesn't nag you to sign in, or just a music player app that remembers your playlists — install Plaay and put your music back on your phone.
