Planet Pizza Catering

Plan your pizza catering-style food with a calculation-first estimator. Planet Pizza Catering helps you model guest count, slice demand, sides and drinks load, and an indicative spend range using your own assumptions, so you can adjust quickly before you contact anyone. Features - Estimate pizza quantities - Enter adult/child guests and get an indicative total number of pizzas based on your slice-per-pizza and slice assumptions. - Model slice capacity and demand - The app calculates slice demand from adult/child slice assumptions, then applies appetite and service-window adjustments to show planning-level slice capacity. - Plan sides and drinks load - Estimate side units using your side uptake rate and servings-per-side assumption, and estimate drink units using your drinks-per-head setting. - Add buffer for real-world appetite changes - Choose a buffer (none to generous, or custom) and see how it shifts total pizzas, slices, sides, and drinks. - Explore appetite and guest sensitivity - Review how the plan changes when appetite rises or guest count increases, using sensitivity outputs grounded in the same numeric model. - Optional spend assumptions and planning range - If you enable spend inputs, enter your own prices (pizza, side unit, drink unit) and any fixed extra amount to produce an indicative low/base/high planning range. These values are user-entered assumptions, not live business pricing. Built for group food occasions Designed for parties, office lunches, family gatherings, school events, club nights, and casual celebrations where pizza-based catering quantities help you make decisions. Results are indicative planning support only; exact menu items, dietary suitability, allergens, and final commercial terms should be checked separately outside the estimator.
