MinyanMinder

MinyanMinder is the app a shul uses to run its minyan. Every gabbai knows the 6:40 feeling: counting heads in your head, wondering whether it's time to start making calls. Every member knows the other side of it — coming out to find seven people there, or staying home on the night you would have been the tenth. MinyanMinder replaces the guessing with an answer. FOR MEMBERS • RSVP to any service in one tap, and see who else is coming. • Set a standing schedule — the services you're normally at — and MinyanMinder answers for you. Add blackout dates for a week away and it stops. • Reminders that know when to be quiet. Notifications stay silent from candle lighting until Shabbat and Yom Tov are out, and are waiting for you afterward. • Today's zmanim for your own minyan's location, next to the times your gabbai actually set. • Your yahrzeits and your Hebrew birthday, remembered — and, if you'd like, marked with your community. • Everything you've been asked to do in one place: leining, davening, a dvar torah, an aliyah. FOR GABBAIM • See the count for every upcoming service while there's still time to do something about it, and reach the people who haven't answered. • Assign leining, chazzan and divrei torah with the history in front of you — who read what, and when each person last led. • Post announcements, run polls, and message the whole minyan or only the people involved. • Set the schedule once, as rules: fixed times, or times that follow the zmanim, with the seasonal shifts handled for you. • Attendance trends for the minyan and for each member, so asking someone to take a week isn't a shot in the dark. • Add members with a shared link or a QR code. Guests can RSVP to a single service without an account at all. PRIVACY No ads, no ad networks, no third-party analytics or tracking software. We do not sell your information and never will. The app does not track your location — it knows where your shul is, because that is how it calculates zmanim, and nothing about where you are. Each community's information stays inside that community. GETTING STARTED There is no public sign-up. MinyanMinder is set up one community at a time, so if your shul already uses it, your gabbai adds you or sends you a join link or QR code. Want to look around first?
