Quality Check with Photos

Record your dispatch check or incoming check on your phone and email the result right away as a tidy pdf, photos included. How it works • Scan your client's QR code and pick the right project with its checkpoints • Choose whether you are doing a dispatch check or an incoming check • Fill in the order number, asset number and inspector • Rate each point as OK, Not OK or N/A and add a remark • Add a photo to any point with the camera or from your gallery • The app turns it all into one pdf and opens your own email app with the pdf attached Reliable • You can only continue once every point has been rated • A photo is required for Not OK, and for points where your client always wants a photo • The pdf shows which photos belong to each point Handy • Add extra checkpoints on the spot • Photos are shrunk automatically, so the email stays small • Your check is saved, even if you close the app in between • You send the email yourself, from your own address • Want to use the app for your own checks? Request a quote right in the app Privacy No account needed and no ads. Your checks and photos stay on your device until you email them yourself.
