NaviPill puts a floating Back, Home and Recents bar anywhere on your screen. Drag it where your thumb rests, choose a look you like, and keep using your phone the way you want. It does not read, record or send what is on your screen, what you type, or any other personal information. You turn the service on yourself in Accessibility settings after an in-app explanation, and you can turn it off at any time.
