369/430/528 Hz pitch shift (tempo kept), reverse play & auto loudness normalize.
Musiller is a minimalist music player that lets you enjoy your own music files with a different frequency, tempo or playback direction.
- Why we built Musiller: Back to the simple joy of listening
Modern music players are packed with features—viewing album art, displaying lyrics, editing track properties and tags while a song plays. As convenient as that is, it often takes away from the simple pleasure of just listening to music.
We intentionally kept settings to a minimum, stripped away visual distractions, and built in automatic loudness normalization and time-of-day frequency switching—so you never have to look at the screen or reach for the volume buttons. Just press play, put your phone down, and let your music flow.
- How to use
1. Add music: Tap "Add files" to pick songs, or "Add folder" to import a whole folder.
2. Play & adjust: Tap any track to play. Volume is normalized automatically (-16 LUFS), or slide "VOL" / "Volume" / "Tempo" manually (tap the "Volume" or "Tempo" button to reset to 100%).
3. Switch frequency: Tap the center Hz button (440Hz → 430Hz → 369Hz → 528Hz) to shift pitch in real time without changing tempo.
4. Schedule by time of day: Tap the gear icon (Settings) → turn on "Change frequency by time of day", check the slots to use, and tap times or Hz values to set.
5. Reverse & playlist: Use the bottom bar for Shuffle, Repeat, and Reverse (◀). Tap the top-right list icon to open the playlist.
- Frequency change (tempo stays the same)
Each tap switches 430 Hz → 369 Hz → 528 Hz → back to 440 Hz.
The whole song is transposed by "chosen frequency ÷ 440" (528 Hz is about 3 semitones up) without changing speed.
Note: 430 Hz is not a Solfeggio frequency—it is the traditional tuning pitch (Oshiki) of Japanese Gagaku (ancient imperial court music).
- Automatic frequency switching by time of day
Set a schedule so the frequency changes automatically at the times you choose—to follow your mood through the day, or to notice the time simply by the change in sound without checking your clock.
Slots can be nested one level (e.g. 8:00–9:00 inside 0:00–23:59), and you can repeat every day or use it for today only.
- Tempo & Reverse playback
Change speed only (50%–200%) without changing pitch. Reverse playback plays songs from end to beginning with seamless segment joins.
- Automatic loudness normalization
Measures each track's loudness (target -16 LUFS) and normalizes volume across your playlist—no sudden volume jumps between quiet and loud masters.
- Processing methods & features
