Julia Roma

Julia is the official AI of Roma Capitale. It’s completely free and accompanies you before, during, and after your stay in Rome. Available 24/7 and in more than 80 languages, Julia helps you discover the city, get around, and find official, up-to-date and reliable information in just a few seconds. Whether you are visiting Rome for the first time or already know the city, Julia makes every experience easier, more personalised, and seamless. With Julia, you can: • find restaurants, cafés, shops, hotels, services and points of interest; • discover monuments, squares, museums and the city’s iconic landmarks; • get personalised recommendations on what to see based on your interests, the time you have available and your location; • get information about events, exhibitions, performances, cinemas and other initiatives taking place during your stay; • plan your trips around the city with information on public transport, mobility and routes; • easily find useful nearby essential services, such as drinking fountains, public toilets, pharmacies, hospitals, post offices, and much more; • receive personalised answers based on your location, if you allow location access; • talk to Julia using your voice, just like in a normal conversation; • interact naturally using text, voice, or images; • access official information about Roma Capitale’s services and access its digital platforms through authentication. Thanks to generative AI, Julia understands natural language, so you can ask her about anything, just as you would ask a person – about a monument in front of you, the best itinerary for the day, a nearby museum opening times, or a restaurant that best suits your needs. Julia App is your gateway to Rome’s digital ecosystem: a single app to help you discover the city, find your way around, access services and experience Rome based on official, reliable and up-to-date information. The app is constantly updated with new features and services to enrich your experience and make Rome easier to explore.

Accessing the app is now easier: we’ve fixed some visual issues on the authentication page. We’ve listened to your feedback to further improve the login experience.
