Lights Out: Toggle Puzzle is the classic grid puzzle where every tap flips a plus-shaped group of lamps. Your goal is simple: turn every light off. Every board can be solved, and the fewer taps you use, the more stars you earn. No sign-in and no Wi-Fi needed.
