VinVif Cellar Manager

VinVif Cellar Manager is an offline cellar notebook. Track bottle inventory, tasting notes, and simple storage capacity on the device, and keep service quotes for cellar work when you need them. Cellar workflow • Add bottles with label, winery, category, vintage, quantity, location, and an estimated unit value you enter • Log tasting notes with date, sensory fields, score, and comments • Review storage location names and slot totals from the seeded location list • Create quotes for listed cellar services with subtotal, adjustment, total, and status • Use the capacity and category-mix calculator to plan racks, rows, slots, occupancy, and target mix percentages from the numbers you provide • Open company profile pages for Vin Vif Wines LLC (Paso Robles area) and save contact inquiries locally Cellar summary totals for bottle count, unique labels, estimated value, and occupancy are calculated from local bottle and location records. Estimated value is based on the unit values you (or sample data) enter—not live market prices. The rack preview is an illustrative grid, not a precise per-slot hardware map. First launch may load sample Paso Robles–style bottles, notes, and quotes. Edit or delete them when you begin your own inventory. The app does not sync to cloud storage, export files, or send contact forms to a server.
