Unblurly: Unblur Photo Offline

Unblurly tells you how blurry a photo is, then fixes it on your phone. Open a shaky night shot, a missed focus or a tiny image from a chat, and Unblurly gives it a Blur score from 0 to 100 before anything changes. One tap on Fix blur sharpens it with on-device AI, and the score climbs in front of you, for example 23 → 81. The picture is never sent to a server, and the original stays exactly as it was. BLUR SCORE: KNOW WHAT YOU ARE FIXING Every photo you open is measured in about a second. The score comes with a plain label (Very blurry, Blurry, Soft or Sharp) and names the kind of blur it found: Motion blur from a moving hand or subject, Out of focus when the lens locked onto the wrong spot, or Low resolution when the picture is simply too small. Unblurly uses that reading to suggest the right mode. FIX BLUR IN ONE TAP Fix blur is made for shaky and out-of-focus shots. The AI rebuilds edges and fine texture, then a sharpening step adapts to how blurry the photo was and holds back halos. A single Strength control is the only thing to adjust: Low and Medium for everyday shots, High (Pro) for badly shaken ones. An estimated time appears before the work starts, and Cancel works at any moment. MAKE SMALL PICTURES BIGGER When the problem is size rather than shake, pick Upscale 2×, or 4× with Pro. The AI adds real pixels instead of stretching the old ones, so little pictures from the web and photos from early phones become usable again. COMPARE WITH FOCUS PEAKING Move a vertical divider across the picture to see the blurry version on one side and the fixed one on the other, each labelled with its Blur score. Zoom in as far as 800 % to inspect fur or small print. With Pro, turn on Focus peaking and the crisp edges light up in mint on both halves, showing exactly where detail came back. Press and hold to look at the untouched photo. SHARPNESS CHECK FOR WHOLE ALBUMS Not sure which shots are blurry? Pick dozens of photos at once and Sharpness check scores every one, then lists them from the blurriest to the sharpest. Photos below the Blurry mark are ticked for you; untick any you would rather leave alone. With Pro, one tap fixes the whole selection in the background: close the app or lock the screen, follow the progress in a notification, and know that a single failed photo never stops the others. The results grid shows old and new scores. WORKS IN AIRPLANE MODE Measuring, fixing, upscaling and Sharpness check need no connection. On a flight or in a basement, nothing changes. A SPEED CARD FOR YOUR PHONE The first time you open Unblurly, it looks at your phone's memory, chip and graphics, runs a short speed test and sums it up on one card, for example: "Your phone: MID — sharpens a 12 MP photo in ≈ 5 s". That reading sets the photo size limit, the scales and how many photos are fixed side by side. If the phone heats up, work slows down or pauses until it cools, and you are asked before a long run on low battery. Re-test runs it again. WHERE YOUR PHOTOS GO Unblurly opens only the photos you choose in the system photo picker. Fixed copies land in Pictures/Unblurly as JPEG or PNG with the capture date preserved; GPS location is kept only if you allow it. Originals are never edited, moved or deleted, and there is nothing to sign up for.
