Sokonia POS – Point of Sale

Run your shop from the counter One system for your online store and your physical counter. Every sale, every customer, and every product stays in sync automatically. HOW IT WORKS 01 – Add your team Give every cashier and manager their own phone number and PIN. No shared logins, no guessing who rang up a sale. 02 – Open a shift Search, scan, or browse to build a cart, apply discounts within each team member's limit, and check out fast. 03 – Take any payment Accept cash, mobile money, card, or a customer's Sokonia wallet balance. Split a bill across more than one method if needed. 04 – Send the receipt Hand over a printed receipt or send it straight to WhatsApp, SMS, or email, whichever your customer prefers. 05 – Close out with confidence End the shift with a full reconciliation: cash counted, payments totalled, and a report ready to review. Why sell with Sokonia POS? Keep every shilling from every sale Sokonia charges no commission on counter sales. What you ring up on POS is yours in full, unlike orders placed through the online marketplace. Built for your whole team Give every team member their own login and decide what they can do, from ringing up a sale to approving a refund. One inventory, always in sync Stock sold at the counter updates your online store instantly, and stock sold online updates your counter. No manual reconciliation. Never miss a sale, even offline Keep selling on the tablet app even when the internet drops. Every sale saves locally and syncs the moment you're back online. Returns handled properly Process a return against the original sale with a clear approval trail, so nothing slips through the cracks. Know your customers at the counter Look a loyal customer up by phone number and recognise their status while you serve them. A full picture of every shift See cash counted, payments taken, and top sellers the moment a shift closes, no spreadsheets required.
