MULTI-BUSINESS BY DESIGN Switch between businesses from a single tap in the nav bar. Partners, meetings, minutes and action items never mix between them, so running more than one company does not mean running more than one app. AGENDAS WITH TIMEBOXES Build the agenda before the meeting, mark each item discussed, deferred or pending as you go, and move what you did not finish to the next meeting with one tap. ATTENDANCE AND LIVE QUORUM Tap a partner to cycle present, absent or excused, and the quorum ring answers instantly - including the people who sit in the room but do not count toward the threshold. REAL DECISIONS, NOT VAGUE NOTES Record a resolution by consensus, by formal vote with a live for-and-against tally, or by the chair's casting vote when a vote ties. Every resolution is stamped PASSED, REJECTED or a clear tie-break record. ACTION ITEMS THAT DO NOT GET LOST Assign owners and due dates, track open, in progress and done, and let unfinished items carry into the next meeting with their full carry-over history. MINUTES YOU CAN HAND OUT Generate a full record with per-item discussion and the meeting photo, or a short recap of decisions and action items only, then export to PDF and share it the normal way. PRIVACY The app works entirely offline. There is no account, no sign-in and no server: every business, partner, meeting and minute stays on your device. The only network activity is opening the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages when you choose to view them.
