Silicone and grout, room by room, and when each seam is due, in Lotto Star.
Lotto Star keeps the dates nobody remembers: when the bath was last resealed, when the kitchen grout was last raked out. The mould usually knows, and it is rarely polite about it.
Rooms and seams
Map each room and the joints in it: the shower tray edge, the worktop line, the floor grout nobody likes to look at. Every seam carries its material, how often it ought to be redone and roughly when it last was. A thin bar shows how much of its life has been used up.
The due list
All seams in one queue, soonest first. Overdue ones go red, the next sixty days go amber, the rest stay a calm sage. Filter to just the overdue lot if you are feeling brave.
Sealant guide
Six materials, from sanitary silicone and acrylic caulk to hybrid polymer, polyurethane, cement grout and epoxy grout. Each card gives a typical lifespan, curing time, where it behaves best and how to prepare the joint first. Pick a material when adding a seam and its usual interval is filled in for you.
Redo log
Mark a seam as redone and it is logged with the date, room and material. The log keeps a running total, the count for this year and which room keeps you busiest. Usually the bathroom.
A few practical notes
The home screen sums it up: overall seam health, the next job and a tile for each section. Colours follow the system light or dark setting, and the spelling is British throughout. Rooms, seams and the log are stored on the phone, with no account to create, and Lotto Star asks for nothing more than the odd tap when a joint is done.
