SignFlow Studio

SignFlow Studio is an on-device workspace for organizing signage project records and calculating material estimates. Use it to: • Create, edit, search, filter, and delete signage projects with client contact details, location, sign type, target date, stage, and notes. • Record measurement sets with dimensions, units, elevation, mounting surface, and notes. • Add material entries with quantity, unit cost, supplier, status, and calculated line total. • Add installation checklist items and mark them complete. • Change a project's recorded stage and open the device dialer, email app, or map app for saved contact details. • Create and update quote records with dimensions, quantity, material, fabrication, installation, travel, adjustment, tax, and status. • Calculate face area, perimeter, waste-adjusted area, material cost, and frame cost for rectangular, circular, or multi-panel entries. • Save calculation history for later review. The app starts with illustrative projects, measurements, materials, checklists, quotes, services, team roles, and workflow milestones. These are sample records, not verified field work, approvals, clients, or business results. Records and estimates are stored locally on the device. The app does not provide permit approval, field verification, live procurement, cloud sync, or shared team access.
