Honesty Sales Team is the staff app for the customer service team at Honesty Sales (honestysales.com), a UK online shop for groceries, catering supplies and household essentials. It is for Honesty Sales staff only. A manager connects each phone with a one-time pairing code, so there are no usernames or passwords. WHAT IT DOES - Instant alerts when a customer asks to speak to a person. Our AI assistant, Akua, answers first and alerts the team when a human is needed. - Reply to customer chats from the website and the Honesty Sales app, take over from Akua and hand back when you're done. - Live translation: read every customer message in English, and your English replies are translated into the customer's language automatically. - Customer details in the chat: basket, recent orders and pages viewed, so you can help faster. - Live shoppers: see who is on the shop right now, what they're looking at, baskets and checkouts. - Choose your alerts (help requests, messages, new chats, visitors, baskets, purchases, WhatsApp) and set yourself Online or Away. PRIVACY The app stores only your staff name, phone type, push notification token and alert settings. Signing out removes them. No ads, no tracking.
