Green Signal: Train Driver

Red means stop. Green means go — but only if you set the switches right, keep to the timetable and take that curve gently enough not to tip over. DRIVE, SWITCH, DELIVER • Throw the switches ahead of your train and pick the right track: into a siding, onto the platform track or through the passing loop. • Obey the signals. Pass a red one and you risk a head-on collision with the freight train coming the other way. • Keep to the timetable: arrive on time, stop exactly at the platform and let the passengers board. • Couple tank wagons at the fuel terminal, load glass at the glassworks and leave the wagons in the right zone at your destination. EVERY CARGO HAS ITS RULES • Passengers: smooth starts, gentle braking and calm curves keep them comfortable. • Dangerous goods: tank wagons are limited to 60 km/h — and if they tip over, they explode. • Reefers: the cooling units won't last forever — deliver the fish before it spoils. • Glass: no jolts and no hard braking. Take a curve too fast and the train leans, sparks fly — and it can roll over. 12 ROUTES ACROSS EUROPE Kraków–Wieliczka, Gdańsk–Sopot–Gdynia, Berlin–Potsdam, Praha–Kolín, Budapest–Szentendre, Milano–Bergamo, Paris–Versailles, Lisboa–Sintra, Madrid–Toledo, London–Brighton and the Paris–Lyon high-speed line at 300 km/h, plus a training route. Real station names, rivers and bridges, level crossings with stalled cars (sound the horn!) and single-track lines where you wait in the passing loop for the oncoming train. SIX LOCOMOTIVES, THREE VIEWS The Bulldog shunter, the Swift railbus, the Hauler heavy freight engine, the Arrow 160 km/h express, the Meteor high-speed train and the Duchess — a collector's steam engine puffing black smoke. Every one has its own working cab: drive from the chase camera, from above with the whole train in view, or from the driver's seat with live gauges, screens and signal lamps. STARS AND COINS Earn up to 3 stars per mission to open new routes and spend your coins on new locomotives in the depot. 90 missions in total. The game is free and shows ads: banners in the menus and on the mission summary, a small banner at the top while passengers board or cargo is loaded, an occasional full-screen ad after a mission and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch.
