Kwits: Split Bills & Expenses

Kwits splits bills and shared expenses with friends, roommates and travel groups. Add an expense in two taps, see who owes who, and even up with the fewest payments. Free, with no ads and no daily limits. What you get • Add in two taps. Type the amount and save. It splits equally by default, and you can switch to shares, percentages, exact amounts or items when you need to. • Say what you spent. Type or say one sentence, like "I paid 24 for drinks and Sofia paid 20 for pizza", and Kwits turns it into separate expenses for you to check before anything is saved. It runs on your phone with Gemini Nano where available, and with a simpler built-in reader on other phones. • Scan the receipt, then everyone picks. Pan your camera over the receipt and the items appear as they are read, on your phone. Everyone taps what they had, in the app or in the browser. Shared items, tax and tip are split in proportion, and anything nobody claims goes to whoever paid. • Fewest payments. Kwits works out who owes who and suggests the fewest payments to even things out, and it can show you the debts before simplifying. Mark a payment as paid, by cash, transfer or anything else, and the other person can confirm it. • All even. When everyone is even, the kiwi celebrates and you can share a summary card of the plan with the group chat. • Works offline. Add expenses on a plane or in a cabin with no signal. Everything syncs when you are back online. • Plans and groups. Start a plan for each trip, dinner or shared house, on its own or inside a group of friends you keep for good. People outside a group only see the plans they are in. • Invite with a QR code or a link. Friends join in seconds, and they can join, add expenses and pick their items in the browser without installing anything. Add someone by name before they join: they can pay and be part of expenses, and everything under their name becomes theirs when they join. • Any currency. Each plan has its own currency. An expense in another currency is converted when you add it, at a rate locked on the expense that you can edit. Or keep currencies separate, with one balance per currency. • Made for trips and shared homes. Track who was there each day, who brings what, a shared pot and recurring expenses like rent. Comment on expenses, add a photo, and turn on gentle reminders (off by default). • Widgets. See your balances on your home screen, and add an expense from the widget or an app shortcut. • Meet the kiwi. A friendly kiwi lives in your plans and groups. Dress it up with hats, glasses and outfits, and give every plan its own look. You can hide it in Settings. Kwits never moves money. It keeps the score, and you pay each other back your own way. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email link in about five seconds, with no password.
