Forkless helps with the parts of meal planning that usually slow everything down: Intolerance filters Mark ingredients or categories you avoid, and Forkless uses those preferences when building your plan. Always review recipes and products before you cook or buy. Variety built in Meals avoid repeated proteins and cuisines on consecutive days, so the week does not feel copied and pasted. Pantry-aware grocery lists Already have cumin, rice, or olive oil? Pantry items are subtracted before your list is built. Ingredient overlap When goals or budgets are not steering the plan, Forkless favors meals that share ingredients, which means fewer one-off items and less waste.
