Hop to the beat and light a forgetting world back up, on your own or together.
Every hop lights the way.
The world is forgetting itself. Its colours have gone grey, its songs have gone quiet, and the shadows that drift across it used to be somebody. Then a small teal slime called Glim wakes up beside a root, with a spark of amber crystal and no idea why a spirit cat has been waiting for him.
Glim hops to the beat, all on his own. You choose where every hop lands. Each landing lights a tile and brings a little of the world's colour back, so the board itself shows how far you have come.
HOP, GLOW, BECOME
• Every hop is a note. Light new tiles in a row and the music builds with you.
• Ten new tiles in a row charge Glim's crystal, and he starts to glow.
• While he glows, catch a creature and wear its shape: fins, wings, claws or a crystal shell. Ten forms, each with its own way to move and four tiers to grow into.
• Miss a hop and fall off the edge? Glim laughs, pops back, and keeps going.
TEN LANDS, 150 LEVELS
Guided by Aster, a spirit cat who waited for Glim and is not quite sure why, cross 150 handcrafted levels in ten lands.
• Mystical Forest: moss, old roots, and a very big, very sleepy rabbit.
• The Gloamwood: mist paths that hold only when a lantern burns, and eyes in the dark.
• Crystal Caverns: the Keepers' old machinery still runs. Steer beams of light with prisms.
• The Emberdeep: a forge under the mountain, with magma to pour and hammers to time.
• The Stormcrag: lightning falls on the beat of the storm. Raise the rods and aim it.
• Snowbound Peaks: ice slides, rolling snowballs, and hearthstones against the cold.
• The Ocean: currents that turn with the tide, and a conductor who keeps time with it.
• The Deep: the dark swallows every tile beyond Glim's glow, and lantern-jaw anglers fish with false lights.
• The Nest: a rookery in the crown of the old oak. The grey climbs the trunk behind you, and eggs hatch unless you light them first.
• Thornbeck: hedge villages the world half forgot, where the ground holds only while someone remembers it.
BOSSES ARE PUZZLES
Every land ends in a boss level, ten in all, and each one is a puzzle with a shape of its own: wake a sleeping hare, turn a lamp's own light against it, bait a forge hammer, keep time with the tide, or light a lost dog's keepsakes.
PLAY TOGETHER
• Up to four players. One hosts and shares a six-character code; friends type it in.
• On the same Wi-Fi it works without internet; anywhere else it plays online.
• No account and no chat. Players see each other's chosen name and outfit.
A HOME TO COME BACK TO
Between journeys there is Heartrest, Glim's home. Plant the garden beds (Aster names every seedling, and she is running out of dignified names), send a sleepy rabbit on errands, craft at the workshop, welcome back the ones who rest there, and dress Glim your way in the wardrobe.
