NoshNosh plans a week of dinners around everyone you cook for, then turns the week into one shopping list. Most meal planners plan for one eater. NoshNosh plans for the whole table: the toddler who won't touch anything spicy, the partner with a peanut allergy, the teenager who just went vegetarian. Everyone gets dinner, and you only cook once. ONE PLAN FOR EVERYONE AT THE TABLE • Add each person: adults, teens, kids and toddlers, with their allergies, diets, dislikes and how much spice they'll take. • Allergies are rules for the whole household. A recipe that lists an ingredient linked to anyone's allergy is left out of everyone's plan, and vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, kosher and gluten-free are kept the same way. • See how the week was chosen: how many recipes fit, and what was left out for whom. A WEEK THAT FITS YOUR WEEK • Dinners that fit how long you want to spend cooking. • Tell it about the week in a sentence ("late meeting Tuesday, guests on Saturday") and those nights are planned around it. • Dinners that share fresh ingredients, so the other half of the cabbage gets used. • Mark the nights you're ordering in, and swap any dinner you don't feel like. • A heads-up when a dinner needs starting ahead: marinating, soaking, proving or chilling. • Give it a weekly budget and it leans toward lower-cost dinners. Give it your ZIP code and hot days get lighter dinners, cold days heartier ones. SHOP ONCE • Every ingredient for the week, added up across recipes into one list in aisle order. What you always have at home is left off. • Choose your Walmart or Kroger products right in NoshNosh, with the store's own prices, then check out with the store for pickup or delivery. Or send the list to Instacart. • Shopping in person? Tick things off as you go, and everyone at home sees the same list. At Kroger you can walk your store's aisles in order.
