Fit city blocks around City Hall, balance homes, shops and industry, and watch empty lots grow into a busy town under the evening lights. 30 levels in five chapters Every level is a small board with the same blocks for everyone, one goal and a set number of moves. Each chapter has six levels: the first shows a new rule, the next ones put it to work, and the last ones add a twist. Three stars to earn Meet the goal for a star. Meet it with moves to spare for a second, and land the bonus goal for a third. The game keeps your best for every level, so come back and beat it. x2 and x3 lots Some lots are marked. Build on an x2 lot and the building grows a level at once; an x3 lot grows it two. Plan every block around them. The Daily A new board every day, the same for everyone. Score as many points as you can, beat your best and come back tomorrow for the next one. Trouble on the lots Fires don’t wait. Then come break-ins, rush hour and accidents. Send the right help in time. When trouble wins, you lose the lot and a heart, and every level gives you three hearts. The Bank Every move earns coins. Spend them at the Bank on a park, a fire station or a police post right where the town needs one, hire the bulldozer, or skip a block that fits nowhere. Keep building Missed a goal?
