DecisionMatrix

Decision Matrix helps you choose between options when several things matter at once—not just gut feeling. Create criteria that define what “good” means for your decision (cost, speed, risk, impact, convenience, etc.). Assign weights so the things you care about most count more. Add your alternatives, then rate how each option performs on each criterion. The app turns those scores into an overall ranking so you can compare options objectively and defend your choice. Good for Buying or upgrading: gadgets, subscriptions, gear Career and study: jobs, courses, locations Planning: trips, schedules, budgets Any “A vs B vs C?” situation with multiple pros and cons Highlights Structured comparisons instead of vague pros/cons lists Weighted criteria reflecting your real priorities Transparent results—see how totals are built from your ratings Reusable mindset—use the same process for future decisions Whether you pick the top-ranked option or use the matrix only to clarify trade-offs, Decision Matrix keeps your reasoning organized and repeatable.
