Appointment Book: Salon Diary

Appointment Book is a simple, offline appointment diary for barbers, hairdressers and small salons. It replaces the paper book on the counter: see who is coming in today, book the next customer in a few taps and keep track of what the day is worth. DAY AND WEEK VIEWS • Day view with a time grid and a separate column for each staff member or chair • Week view that shows busy and free time for the whole week at a glance • Set your opening hours and time slot length (10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes) • Tap an open slot to book it, tap a booking to see the details FAST BOOKING • Pick one or more services and the duration and price add up automatically • Assign a staff member or leave it open • A warning appears if the new time overlaps another booking for the same person • Mark each appointment as booked, done, no-show or cancelled CUSTOMERS • Customer list with search, visit count and total spent • Customer profile with phone number, notes (for example their usual cut) and full visit history • Call or text a customer with one tap; this opens your phone's own dialer or messaging app DAILY SUMMARY • Number of appointments, expected revenue and what you have already earned today • Cancelled bookings and no-shows are counted separately REMINDERS • Optional notification on this phone a few minutes before each appointment (5 to 60 minutes, you choose) • Reminders are meant for you, the shop owner. The app does not send any messages to your customers. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything is stored only on your phone • No account, no sign-up, no ads and no tracking • Works without an internet connection Good to know: because your data never leaves your phone, there is no cloud sync between devices and no online backup. Uninstalling the app deletes its data. More • Light and dark theme • English and Turkish • Choose your currency (Turkish lira, US dollar, euro, pound and more)
