Unicorn Club

Unicorn Club is the exclusive club for accredited investors. Join the club and take part in members-only club deals in the 30 largest pre-IPO companies in the world. The club deals are organized by Unicorn Private LLC: club members take part through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and can invest in BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC, or by wire. Club deals are reserved for qualified and accredited investors. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your Google or Apple account. 2. Join the club with a subscription: $99 per month or $890 per year. 3. Confirm with a short questionnaire that you are an accredited or qualified investor under the laws of your country of residence. 4. Choose the deals: pick a company and an amount (minimum $100,000), confirm the declarations and pay the full amount in BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC, or by wire. THE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION The subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in your store account: membership stays active until the end of the period already paid. It gives access to all club deals in the app. The subscription is not an investment and is not invested. Each investment is paid separately for the full amount of the commitment. ELIGIBILITY Club deals are reserved for qualified and accredited investors and are not a public offering. Minimum investment per deal: $100,000. For US residents the minimum is $200,000 for individuals and $1,000,000 for entities. PAYMENTS FOR INVESTMENTS Crypto payments (BTC, ETH, and USDT or USDC on the Ethereum network) use a unique exact amount and are confirmed automatically on the blockchain. Wires use a unique reference and are confirmed when received. The app does not hold or exchange crypto assets.
