Upsy: Home Workout Tracker

Upsy turns a few minutes of exercise into something you actually do, every day. Prop your phone up, do a short set in front of it, and the camera counts every rep out loud. No tapping, no tally, no guessing. A FEW SHORT SETS, ALL DAY LONG Pick a daily target and Upsy knocks a few times a day. Each knock is one short set: twenty squats by your desk, a plank before lunch, some jumping jacks between calls. THE CAMERA COUNTS Upsy counts squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, marching on the spot and planks through the front camera. It works with the phone beside you or at either end of you, and when it cannot see you it tells you which way to move. The video it reads never leaves your phone. ONE SET, SEVERAL MOVES Build your own set from several exercises, choose the reps and the days, and a recorded coach counts you through it. A STREAK THAT IS TRUE Only sets the camera saw can count, so your streak, your badges and your history are a record of what you did: sets, reps and minutes moving. FRIENDS Add up to four friends with an invite code. See their sets for the day, and send a nudge when they could do with one more. UPSY PRO Upsy is free to download and use. Upsy Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that lifts the limits of the free plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Upsy counts what the camera sees. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Terms of Use: https://upsy-92f6d.web.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://upsy-92f6d.web.app/privacy
